"It Was All a Dream" was the first album released by the girl group, Dream. It was released January 23, 2001 on Bad Boy Records as #73037. It spent 20 weeks on the U.S. Billboard 200 album chart, peaking at #6. The album has sold 1.5 million copies to date and achieved gold record status on February 21, 2001 and platinum record status on March 5, 2001. The album title is a reference to the Notorious B.I.G. song "Juicy".
