"Tor Cyan" is a "2000 AD" character. He first appeared in the series "
Mercy Heights " as an ambulance driver. His blue skin clearly signalling he was somehow connected with the Genetic Infantrymen and that the series was set in the same fictional universe asNu-Earth although the various links would only be revealed over the course of the series.Bibliography
