Tor Cyan

"Tor Cyan" is a "2000 AD" character. He first appeared in the series "Mercy Heights" as an ambulance driver. His blue skin clearly signalling he was somehow connected with the Genetic Infantrymen and that the series was set in the same fictional universe as Nu-Earth although the various links would only be revealed over the course of the series.
