Barbara Jordan (tennis)

Barbara Jordan (born April 2, 1957, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, U.S.) was a professional female tennis player from the United States. She is best remembered for her victory at the 1979 Australian Open. She also won the French Mixed Doubles with Eliot Teltscher. Barbara was a three time All-American at Stanford University where she obtained her degree in Economics in three years. She went on to earn her J.D. from UCLA.
