Queen Elizabeth Provincial Park is a provincial park in Alberta, Canada, located km to mi|10|abbr=yes north-west of Grimshaw in northern Alberta, west of the junction of Highway 2 and Mackenzie Highway.

It was named "Lac Cardinal Provincial Park", and was renamed to Queen Elizabeth Provincial Park in 1978, to commemorate the monarch's visit. The park is situated on the eastern shore of Cardinal Lake, at an elevation of m to ft|640|abbr=yes and has a surface of km2 to mi2|0.8|abbr=yes. It was established on March 01, 1956 and is maintained by Alberta Community Development.
