Randy Hymes (born August 7 1979 in Galveston, Texas) is a wide receiver free agent, and attended Grambling State University. Nickname "Scooterbug".

He graduated in 1998 from Hitchcock High School in Hitchcock, Texas.

In his Pro career, he played for the Ravens, Jaguars and Vikings. He has only played regular season games with Baltimore. He was recently failed to make the cut with Minnesota, and last year he failed with Jacksonville.

Hymes is currently playing for the Cleveland Gladiators in the AFL. He had 4 receptions and 3 touchdowns in his debut against Columbus.
