Andrea Seastrand (born August 5, 1941, in Chicago, Illinois) was a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives.

Seastrand was born in Chicago, Illinois and graduated from DePaul University with a B.A. in 1963. She worked as an elementary school teacher and was president of the California Federation of Republican Women. She was a member of the California State Assembly from 1990 to 1994 where she served as assistant minority leader. She was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 1994, defeating college professor Walter Capps and succeeding fellow Republican Michael Huffington who made an unsuccessful bid for the U.S. Senate. She faced Capps again in 1996 and was defeated, partly due to her conservative voting record while representing a more liberal district. She currently serves as executive director of the California Space Authority, a statewide nonprofit corporation. She is also California's delegate to the Aerospace States Association (ASA) and both a member of Women In Aerospace (WIA) and the Air Force Association (AFA).
