Nvesta plc ( /ɛnˈvɛstə/) is a United Kingdom financial services company.

Business

Nvesta specialises in producing structured products for the UK investment market. It sells mostly though Independent Financial Advisers, however it also produces bespoke products for institutions and high net worth individuals.

Location

Nvesta was formerly based in Clerkenwell, London. It occupied an historic building in St. John Street formerly known as Crosskeys House and Cross-Keys Inn, which has in the past been the headquarters of the Communist Party of Great Britain and was an inn and coach house to the village of Clerkenwell for several hundred years. It lies very close to Smithfield, on the northern edge of the City of London. The new offices are based at 22 Lovat Lane, London EC3R 8EB.

Nvesta was bought out by ARC Fund Management Holdings plc on 21 February 2007 and on 2 March 2007 was renamed ARC Capital & Income plc.
