Uttarakhand High Court

The Uttarakhand High Court ( _hi. उत्तरांचल उच्च न्यायालय) is the High Court of the state of Uttarakhand. It was established on November 9, 2000 under the "U.P. Re-organsisation Act, 2000" after the state split from Uttar Pradesh.

The court is headquartered in Nainital. The court has a sanctioned judge strength of 9.
