Serenissima may refer to:

*"La Serenissima", a name for the Republic of Venice, from the title "Serenissimo" literally meaning 'the most/very serene'
*Serenissima Res Publica Coronae Regni Poloniae Magnique Ducatus Lithuaniae was official Latin name of Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. Serenissima meaning "most serene".
*Scuderia Serenissima, a successful auto racing team in the early 1960s
* A nickname for the San Marino national football team
* A strategy board game in which players represent Spain, Genoa, Venice or the Turks in a struggle for economic dominance of the Mediterranean. Victory requires a judicious balance of trade and combat (with economics ultimately dominating.) Designed by Dominique Ehrhard & Duccio Vitale, published by Eurogames Descartes USA, (1996). Suitable for 2-4 players, ages 12 and up. Approximately 2 hours to complete. It is the only game on this historical topic.
