2005 Fed Cup

The 2005 Fed Cup was the 43rd edition of the most important competition between national teams in women's tennis. 76 nations participated in the tournament. In the final, Russia defeated France at Court Philippe Chatrier in Paris, France, on 17-18 September, giving Russia their second title.

Winners compete in World Group I Play-offs, losers compete in World Group II Play-offs.
