KOWZ-FM (100.9 MHz) is a radio station in Minnesota licensed to Blooming Prairie, MN and serving the Owatonna area. The station's transmitter is located in Meriden. KOWZ-FM carries a full service adult contemporary format. The station also carries Paul Harvey's syndicated commentaries.

KOWZ-FM (formerly knows by its farm roots phonetically pronounced as COWS) is owned by Linder Radio, which owns a group of radio stations stretching from this Blooming Prairie radio station in the east to radio stations as far west as Marshall, Minnesota.
