Per-Mathias Høgmo (born
December 1 1959 ) is a former football manager fromNorway .He was the manager of
Rosenborg BK between August 2005, when he replacedPer Joar Hansen after a disappointing first half of the season, and October 2006, when he with immediate effect resigned from his position as manager, and said he would withdraw from football altogether, to pursue a new career.Before taking the manager role for Rosenborg, he worked as a
commentator for NRK's football coverage called "4-4-2".He had success with the women's national football team, leading them to a 4th place in the World Championship of 1999, and a gold medal in the
2000 Sydney Olympics .With
Tromsø IL , who he joined in 2004, he took the team to 4th place inTippeligaen , and qualified them forRoyal League .His younger brother Mads Høgmo is currently manager for the Norwegian third division club
