Sylvain N'Diaye (born June 25, 1976 in Paris) is a French-born Senegalese footballer, currently a defensive midfielder for Stade Reims.

During his career, N'Diaye played for FC Girondins de Bordeaux (who also loaned him to FC Martigues), Jupiler League's K.A.A. Gent, Toulouse FC, Lille OSC and Olympique de Marseille.

Other than in Belgium, he also had abroad stints with Spain's Levante UD (helping it achieve top flight promotion in 2006) and CD Tenerife. In July 2008, he returned to France, signing with "Ligue 2" outfit Stade Reims. N'Diaye received 17 international caps for Senegal, and was part of its squad-of-23 at the 2002 World Cup. However, he played no minutes for the quarterfinalists.
