Misistry Training Strategy is an Australian based apprenticeship scheme for those interested in evangelical Christian ministry. Started by Phillip Jensen of the Sydney Anglican church. Ministry Training Strategy has since been exported setting up in the likes of South Africa and Ireland
From the website -
"MTS is training ministers of the gospel, to declare the saving work of Christ to the world. Our focus is to train men and women as faithful and competent Bible teachers who will serve Christ as pastors, evangelists and church planters."
