Tikona Digital Networks(TDN) next generation(4G) Wireless Broadband company providing Broadband Services in India based in Mumbai. It uses fourth generation OFDM and MIMO[3] wireless technology to provide broadband services.[4] TDN has an all India Class-A ISP license granted by the Ministry of Communications, Govt. of India.[2] The companies most of the investment from private equity companies Goldman Sachs Investment Partners (22.8 percent stake), Indivision India Partners (13.46% stake), Oak India Investments (23.55% stake) and Green Lotus Investments (10.09% stake).[5]. In 2008, It was founded in Mumbai [6] Also its India’s foremost wireless broadband service provider having an All India Class A ISP license.[7] By mid 2010, Tikona had a base of 150,000 customers, including 6000 small and medium business customers.[8]
