- Tsiigu

Tsiigu was the trade name of OÜ Trendshop, an infamous baby equipment vendor in Estonia. It operated mainly through a web portal at tsiigu.ee and (in its latter days) at sheldwelt.com; it ceased operations when in March 2008, its ISP shut down its web sites upon request by the police, as a way to prevent further crimes.
The company, registered on 1 August 2007, was primarily ran by Mari Aid, and a significant share of interest in the company's decline was caused by series of unusual press statements made by Aid.
On 18 September 2008, the Northern District Procurature charged Mari Aid with fraud under Estonian penal code §209(2)4 in connection with her involvement in the business.[1] According to the prosecutor, Aid caused 284 006 EEK (about 18 070 EUR) of documented damages during the period from 20 June 2007 to 24 April 2008.
