Owczary — Village — Coordinates: 52°28′N 14°38′E / 52.467°N 14.633°E Country Poland Voivodeship Lubusz County Słubice Gmina Górzyca Population 130 Owczary [ɔfˈt͡ʂarɨ] (formerly German Oetscher) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Górzyca, within Słubice County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland, close to the German border.[1] It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) south-west of Górzyca, 14 km (9 mi) north of Słubice, and 52 km (32 mi) south-west of Gorzów Wielkopolski.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (see Territorial changes of Poland after World War II).
The village has a population of 130.
