OneKey

OneKey is a worldwide healthcare professionals database developed by Cegedim Relationship Management.

This database is available in 68 countries and contains more than 6 million of Healthcare Professionals[1] (General practitioners and specialists, Professionals in hospital and public health organizations, Retail and hospital pharmacists, Dentists, Veterinarians, Paramedical professionals).

OneKey provides information about all professionals from primary and secondary care, along with their respective workplaces and their corresponding roles and network. The information delivered is compliant with the local data privacy regulations.

OneKey is updated by phone operators who validate the database by following to ISO 9001 procedures[1]. On an annual basis, close to 7 million updates and file creations are made to the OneKey database in order to keep the information accurate and complete.

OneKey is built according to the same unique data model in all countries[1].
