OmniTouch is an electronic device that can turn any surface in the user’s environment into a touch interface.[1] OmniTouch is a device in which applications via the internet can be displayed on your hand, desk, arm, wall, or any other everyday surfaces. The device uses a sensor touch interface which the user can do various activities on the Internet. OmniTouch was developed at Carnegie-Mellon University and uses a depth tracking system. This device is a projection camera worn on the person's shoulder with no other actual controls or devices. The user views various applications through the touch of their fingers. This is hoping to begin a new path of mobile technology.
