Club career
Early career
Born in Southwark, London, Ilesanmi was educated at St Joseph's Academy, Blackheath, and started his footballing career at AFC Wimbledon, making his first team debut in a Isthmian League Cup game in October 2007, aged 16. He went on to play for Queens Park Rangers' under-18 side, before joining Salisbury City at the beginning of the 2009–10 season and then moving to Ashford Town in February 2010.
Dagenham & Redbridge
Ilesanmi signed a three-year deal with League One club Dagenham & Redbridge in July 2010.[3] Upon his return from a two month loan spell at Histon, on 20 November he made his official debut for the club in a league game against Oldham Athletic.[4] After his first six appearances, Ilesanmi signed a contract extension until 2014.[5]
