Moscow, Russian SFSR, Soviet UnionOccupation actress Years active 1984 - present Awards Meritorious Artist of Russia (2002) Olga Igorevna Kabo (О′льга И′горевна Кабо′, born January 28, 1968 in Moscow, USSR) is a Soviet Russian film and theater actress,[1] made famous in 1989 by her role in Lysistrata Comedy which brought her reputation of a Russian movie sex symbol of the time.[2] In the 1990s she became internationally known for her roles in The Ice Runner (Lena, 1992) and Burial of the Rats (Anna, 1995). Olga Kabo, since 2002 a Mossovet Theater actress, was assignated Meritorious Artist of Russia in 2002.[1]
