Olave Jeevana Lekkachaara! (Kannada: ಒಲವೇ ಜೀವನ ಲೆಕ್ಕಾಚಾರ!) is a Kannada language film directed by Nagathihalli Chandrashekhar. He has brilliantly handled the subject in his latest flick, which is laced with humour and sarcasm. It's a sentimental family entertainer, with a message for all. With excellent control over the script and neat narration, Nagathihalli has presented his point of view based on his short story `Bhoomi Gundagide'.

Plot

The story revolves around Balu (Srinagara Kitty), who comes to Halekote village, falls in love with Rukmini (Radhika Pandit), but is brainwahsed by a college lecturer (Rangayana Raghu). The lecturer is a self-made revolutionary, who infuses negative thoughts about life and marriage. Balu leaves Rukmini, comes back to Bangalore, becomes a lecturer and imposes the same theme: rich should become poor; poor should become rich. He changes his heart after seeing the positive sides of family life and decides to return to Rukmini. But the developments give him a shock of his life. Watch this in a brilliant climax.
