AS Olainfarm (NASDAQ OMX OLF1R) is a Latvian company listed on the Riga OMX exchange with production of basic pharmaceutical drugs and pharmaceutical preparations. The company was founded 17 October 1991 and is a joint stock company since 27 March 1997.[1]

In 2009, Olainfarm had a turnover revenue of € 31,9 million with a profit of € 3,363 million.[3] Olainfarm had 788 employees[4] and the main shareholders were Olmafarm Ltd. (42.56%) and HB-19 Investments Limited Company of Cyprus (26.17%)[1]
