Okan Yalabık (born 13 December 1978 in Bigadiç, Balıkesir^[1]) is a Turkish actor.

Biography

Okan Yalabık started at acting in theatre at the age of 16. In 1997, he graduated from Istanbul University's State Conservatory as an actor. He began working at Yıldız Kenter's Kenter Theatre in plays such as 39 Basamak, Martı, Nükte, Sırça Kümes, Kumarbazın Seçimi and Inishmore'lu Yüzbaşı. He also took part in the play named Bayrak. In 2002, he made his film debut in Gülüm. He currently plays as Pargalı İbrahim in Muhteşem Yüzyıl which is a Turkish historical fiction television series based on the life of Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent.^[2]
