IndiaFirst awarded 1968 The Orissa State Film Awards have been conferred by the Department of Culture, Government of Orissa, India.
The awards were initied in the year 1968. The awards are decided by independent juries formed by the Department of Culture, Govt. of Orissa. The jury usually consists of eminent personalities from the film fraternity, academician, journalist & public servants.
