Ocenebra erinacea (common name : European sting winkle) is a species of predatory sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Muricidae, the murex and rock snails.

Even if the name Ocenebra erinaceus is the accepted by name by the database World Register of Marine Species (WoRMS),[1] the name Ocenebra erinacea is also accepted as a valid name by the ICZN (Op. 886) [2]
