Founded in 2010. The first ship in its fleet is the MV Ocean Star Pacific launched on 9 July 1970 for RCCL and purchased in December 2010 to become the first ship in the fleet.[1] She entered service on 10 April 2011. The cruise ship sail the waters of the Mexican Riviera and has its embarkation ports at Acapulco and Manzanillo. Ocean Star Cruises is the first Mexican cruise line.[2] The company plans to expand its fleet to include 6 additional new build vessels in the next 5 years.

Ocean Star Cruises was founded in 2010, becoming it in the first Mexican cruise line. It's first ship, the MV Ocean Star Pacific, was purchased in December 2010 from Louis Cruises to sail the waters of the Mexican Riviera.[3]
