Established in 2000,[3] the website offers over 10,000 pages[4] of legal news and guidance for organisations. With more than 130,000 unique visitors per month, OUT-LAW.com is believed to be one of the largest and most popular legal websites in the world.

In 2008, OUT-LAW.com won a Webby award for the "Best Law Website",[5] the first law firm’s website to win an accolade at internet's most prestigious award ceremony.
