Solutions for real-time appointment scheduling
Opti-Time Resource Management Suite is a scheduling solution for mobile resources, such as delivery drivers, workers, sales people, staff taking samples and conducting tests, home service agents. This solution is available online (Software as a Service). It can be used to determine the best way to organise routes by factoring in customer locations, contractual relationships, company information and team member skills, characteristics of vehicles used, urgency of the jobs to be carried out, existing schedules, and team management.
Schedules are generated by an overall calculation based on jobs identified in advance (projected routes), including map and road data as a GIS. This is supplemented by an incremental calculation in real time providing a suggested route when and emergency or new appointment is added. The product has advanced modules for integration with corporate information systems and communication networks, and for auditing and generating reports. Opti-Time Resource Management Suite has advanced modules that allow full interaction within your company's organisation: integration with your information system, communication with your mobile teams' smartphones, and business reporting and auditing, etc.
TourSolver is an office solution that allows to calculate the most cost-efficient projected routes while staying in line with your customer and resource constraints. TourSolver also evaluate current routes, adjust fleet size, and manage transport costs.
Geomarketing:
OPTI-TIME SA publishes ChronoMap software. This program allows to calculate isochrones, distances, and sectors. This office solution is a GIS based decision-making tool: analyse influential areas (customer catchment areas), choose the location for new agencies, stores, or warehouses, etc. You can also use it to draw up balanced territories in order to create sales prospecting or distribution areas.
Geocoding:
The Geocoder office solution lets turn addresses into GPS coordinates (X, Y), and then do the reverse and turn GPS data into addresses. Geocoding is often used as a pre-step to calculating optimised routes. It allows to work with reliable and accurate data, and to correct address errors.
