- 1985 - Founding of Informission (Quebec City, Canada), a digital systems integration specialist.
- 1993 - Founding of Intellia (Montreal, Canada), an e-commerce service supplier.
- 1995 - Founding of Cythère (Paris, France), a market-leading interactive agency with offices in France and the United States, and Entrevision Inc. (Toronto, Canada), one of Canada’s leading online service suppliers.
- 1999 - Informission merges with Intellia and becomes Nurun inc. in April 2000.
- 2000 - Acquisition of the interactive media agency, Quam S.R.L. (Milan, Italy), in July.
- April 28, 2004 - Acquisition of Ant Farm Interactive (Atlanta, USA), an agency specializing in interactive communication and marketing.
- January 5, 2006 - Acquisition of China Interactive (Shanghai), one of China’s first interactive marketing agencies.[2]
- July 11, 2006 - Acquisition of Crazy Labs Web Solutions S.L. (Madrid, Spain).,[3] an interactive communications agency in Madrid.
- February 26, 2008 - Nurun becomes a subsidiary of Quebecor Média Inc.
- July 21, 2009 - Launch of Nurun’s new interactive platform.
- September 12, 2011 - Acquisition of Odopod (San Francisco, USA),[4] a digital communications agency.[5]
