Nowinka — Village — Coordinates: 54°18′37″N 19°33′51″E / 54.31028°N 19.56417°E Country Poland Voivodeship Warmian-Masurian County Elbląg County Gmina Tolkmicko Population 60 Nowinka [nɔˈvinka] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Tolkmicko, within Elbląg County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) south-east of Tolkmicko, 27 km (17 mi) north-east of Elbląg, and 85 km (53 mi) north-west of the regional capital Olsztyn.
Before 1772 the area was part of Kingdom of Poland, 1772-1945 Prussia and Germany (East Prussia).
The village has a population of 60.
