Portuguese Church, Dadar (West)

Nossa Senhora de Salvação (Our Lady of Salvation) is one of the oldest churches in Mumbai (formerly called Bombay) built by the Portuguese Franciscans. It was built at Dadar village in Bombay in 1596. It is also popularly referred as Portuguese Church.

This church has been designed by famous Indian architect Charles Correa . The church was constructed between 1974 and 1977 .
