The Norwegian network on climate and health (Norsk nettverk for klima og helse) is a non-governmental organization informing about the health consequences of climate change and how these can be prevented and managed. In addition, the network also aims to engage people take to action against climate change, with a particular focus on the health sector .[1][2] The network also publish the journal Bærekraftig helse (Sustainable health).[3]
The coordinating group of the Norwegian network on climate and health consists of:
Lars T Fadnes (Centre for International Health, University of Bergen), Gunnar Kvåle (professor at the Centre for International Health, University of Bergen), Usman Mushtaq (Norwegian medical students association), Britt Randem (consultant at Oslo Universitetssykehus, Department of Environment and Occupational Medicine, Ullevål), Guro Steine Letting (family doctor in Fredrikstad)
The Norwegian network on climate and health is part of the Norwegian climate network and the British Climate Health Council.[4][5]
