Norris J. Kellman

Norris J. Kellman was a politician in the State of Wisconsin.

Biography

Kellman was born on October 23, 1898 in Galesville, Wisconsin.^[1] His father, Frank A. Kellman, served in the Wisconsin State Assembly.

Career

Kellman was a delegate to the 1940 and 1944 and served in the Wisconsin State Assembly from 1939 to 1940. He served in the United States Army during World War I.
