Norman Gall is an American scholar. He is the executive director of the Fernand Braudel Institute of World Economics, based in São Paulo, Brazil.Gall was born in New York City and has studied Latin American affairs since 1961.[1] He was awarded a Guggenheim Fellowship in 1968 to study Iberian and Latin American History.[2]
