Noleysi Bicet (born 6 February 1981) is a male hammer thrower from Cuba. His personal best throw is 73.90 metres, achieved in May 2006 in Havana.[1]
He won the gold medal at the 2006 Central American and Caribbean Games.[2] He also became Cuban champion in 2006.[3]
