Nisco Invest, is a real estate development company, focused on the construction of multi-purpose centers, offices and residential compounds in Transylvania, member of the holding administered by Mr. Dan Călin Nistor from Cluj-Napoca.

Akademia Center Cluj is the new project of a multifunctional lifestyle center in Cluj-Napoca. Along with the retail and services spaces, it will also develop class A offices and medical spaces, located at the higher levels of the building. The project won the “Best retail project” award in the category of medium sized retail projects at MAPIC, Cannes, 2007.
