Rav Rahumi (III) (or Rihumai; Hebrew: רב רחומי‎, read as Rav Rahumi, or Hebrew: רב ריחומי, read as Rav Rihumai; other: Nihumai [1], hebrew: ניחומי) was a Jewish Amora sage of the eighth and last generation of the Amora era, and of the first generation of the Savora sages era. He was one of the arrangers of the Babylon Talmud and engaged in the processs of its completion. According to the Iggeret Rav Sherira Gaon he died in the year 506 (ניסן שנת ד'רס"ו; Hebrew calendar). He is known for disputing Rabbah Jose[2].
