Nie Bichu

Nie Bichu (simplified Chinese: 聂璧初; traditional Chinese: 聶璧初) (January 2, 1928-) is a Chinese politician.^[1]

Biography

Nie Bichu was the mayor of Tianjin from November 1989-June 1993. He was the Chairmen of Tianjin People's Congress from June 1993－May 1998 and the Secretary of the CPC Tianjin Committee February 1993-March 1993.
