New York Short Film Festival is an international Festival for Short Films. It is part of the "Annual Program Without Frontiers", which organizes 'virtual' film festivals.[1][2] In this international festival, eligible films must not exceed 30 minutes of running length and All films must be in digital format for screening, their original format does not matter .[3]
