Nerf Sword

A Nerf Sword is a toy weapon with a lengthwise rod for rigidity, wrapped within the polyurethane foam from which most other Nerf items are made. Nerf Swords are manufactured with safety standards in mind, but retain the general outline and dimensions of the real weapons they emulate.

There are three varieties of Nerf Swords, each variety with its own color: the Thunder Fury short sword (yellow), the Shadow Fury short sword (blue) and the Marauder long sword (red). There have also been sightings of black Marauders. The names of the swords indicate their relative lengths and playability.
