Neoclinus toshimaensis is a species of chaenopsid blenny in the genus Neoclinus.[1] It is found in rocky reefs around Japan, in the northwest Pacific ocean.[1] It was named by Ryuzo Fukao in 1980,[2] and can reach a maximum length of 7 centimetres.[1] Blennies in this species feed primarily off of benthic algae and weeds.[3]
