Nay Win Myint

Nay Win Myint (Burmese-နေဝင်းမြင့်, 6 February 1952) is a Burmese writer and was born in Magyae Division, Pwint Phyu Township. He specialises in writing short novels and won the Myanmar National Literature Award in 1992. He also writes under pseudonyms such as Win Phwe(ဝင်းဖွေး), Aung Maung(အောင်မောင်း). Win Myint also works as a journalist and has increasingly focused on environmental issues.[1]
