National Symphony Orchestra of Ukraine

The National Symphony Orchestra of Ukraine (Ukrainian: Національний Симфонічний Оркестр України)[1] is one of the principle orchestras of Ukraine.

The Ukrainian State Symphony Orchestra was founded in 1937, under director Nathan Rachlin who conducted the orchestra until 1962. Subsequent directors include Stephan Truchak, Volodymyr Kozhukhar, Fyodor Glushchenko, Igor Blazhkov and currently the American conductor Theodore Kuchar.
