National Disability Employment Awareess Month

National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) is a nationally recognized federal initiative that recognizes the work and effort that people who are blind or have other significant disabilities have delivered to the government and to commercial businesses every day. Celebrated annually in October, NDEAM helps acknowledge a key contributions made by AbilityOne employees Presidential Proclamation nationwide.
