Black Burned Nights blogNathyn Brendan Masters is an American author, actor, director, writer, and producer. He became known in 2003 for his $800 endtimes action film The 4th Beast.
Masters wrote the self-published books Action Filmmaking and The Action Filmmaking Workbook, which detailed the ins and outs of making action films on a small budget. Masters continues to write and produce books and movies, and is currently working on his third film, Epitaph: Bread and Salt. an action horror film about demon hunters based on a comic book series.
Masters worked on several short films with producer and screenwriter John H. Rogers III, before shooting his first film The 4th Beast: Mask of the Antichrist. Beast was a low budget action film based around Biblical End Time prophecies.[1] The film was shot for an $800 budget and was picked up by American film distributor York Entertainment.[2][3]
Masters second film, Wages of Sin, got mixed reviews,[4][5] was distributed by Hungryflix.com, and caused the site to crash on at least two occasions.[6]
