Nathan Murphy (born 1 November 1992) is a left-back who plays for Dundalk the second most successful team in the country. He made his competitive début against Bohemians in the FAI Cup Fourth Round Reply on the August 18, 2009. He began his career playing for St. Dominics F.C. in the Dundalk Schoolboys League. On the December 2nd turned professional after he put pen to paper on new one-year contract which is funded by UEFA solidarity payments.[1]
