Nancy Vieira Couto

Nancy Vieira Couto (born 1942 ) is an American poet.

Life

She graduated from Cornell University, in 1980.^[1] She was poetry editor at Epoch magazine.^[2]

Her work has appeared in American Voice, Black Warrior Review, Diagram, Iowa Review,^[3] Kalliope, Mississippi Review, Nimrod, Prairie Schooner,^[4] Salamander,^[5] Shenandoah, Southern Review.^[6]

She lives in Ithaca, New York.^[7]
