Philippe Pierre

Philippe Pierre is a songwriter who is best known for the hit single he co-wrote for Mariah Carey, "Reflections (Care Enough)".

Philippe Pierre has been gifted with creating music for all genres. He is an accomplished pianist, composer, and producer. Philippe has worked with many of the greats including Mariah Carey. His ear for arrangement and quality will leave many baffled as to how he did it. At a very young age Philippe's music teachers and professors always said that they were the student and that he was the one teaching them. They said that the sounds and notes that he heard would have never occurred to them to arrange together.

He started his education at Saint Vincent Academy
where he discovered his love for the piano.
He then went on to study Music Education (where he was Lead pianist)
at The Salvation Army School for the Blind.
After graduating he went on to study Music Composition
(and Performed with the Germany Philharmonic Orchestra as Lead pianist)
at Frankfort Conservatory of Music in Frankfort, Germany.
He continued his passion for knowledge and went on to study Music Improvisation,
Music Composition, Music Education ( and Performed with the New York Philharmonic Orchestra)
at the Manhattan school of Music.
