The NWA Arizona Heavyweight Championship is a National Wrestling Alliance-controlled championship for the state of Arizona. It has been primarily defended in Rising Phoenix Wrestling and Impact Zone Wrestling. The current champion is Brandon Gatson, who won the title on July 31, 2011.

Tyler is than recognized as the NWA Arizona Heavyweight Champion on June 6. Unifies Impact Zone Wrestling Heavyweight Championship by defeating John Williams on January 1, 2008 in Mesa, AZ.

Vacant				After a double pinfall in a match on December 30, 2008; Nekirk raises his shoulder up, and awarded the title amidst the confusion. The title was declared vacant afterwards. The rematch on January 27, 2009 ends in a draw.
